Connections let you securely share audit package progress with authorized buyers on the MyPuro 2.0 platform. Once a buyer accepts your invite, you can give them visibility into your audit status without any manual exports or emails.
How To
Go to Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Connections under the Puro.Earth section in the left sidebar.
Click + Invite in the top right corner of the Connections section.
Copy the invite link and share it directly with your buyer.
Your invite will appear under Pending Invites while you wait for acceptance. You can click on it at any time to retrieve the link again, or delete it if needed.
Once your buyer accepts, they'll appear under Connected Organizations.
You can now share your Audit Package Progress with them from the section below Connected Organizations.
Important Notes
Pending invites expire after 7 days. If your buyer hasn't accepted in time, you'll need to send a new invite.
You must have an accepted connection before the Audit Package Progress sharing option becomes available.
To remove a pending invite, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the invite and select delete.
Tips and Best Practices
Send the invite link via a direct message or email to your buyer contact to ensure it reaches the right person.
Check back on pending invites a day or two after sending. If it's close to expiring, it may be worth following up with your buyer.
